Ready, Willing, Able

Friday. February 14. 1500 hrs.

Gear is ready for use. Batteries for wireless microphones need to be swapped, but otherwise everything is in order. The camera is cumbersome, with many more buttons whose functions fly over my head. This is not as simple as the point-and-shoot mechanics of the Sony models (I miss having adjustable picture profiles with a burning passion).I will see what it can do in the field.

Paige’s goal for our project is vague at best, something regarding the local Native American groups. Fortunately, she has set up a meeting with her Native American History instructor, Dr. Christine Zinni, who has agreed to help us get the ball rolling and figure out exactly what we are going to do. We will meet next Monday to discuss everything.
